Theresa Thomas leads Hinda’s Strategic Solutions team. Her team is responsible for the ongoing development and positioning of the market strategy for both B2C and B2B product and service solutions, as well as for successful presentation and implementation of the company’s solution set. Theresa works with Hinda’s partner network and internal resources to develop the most appropriate solution for each client’s needs. She joined Hinda in 2006 as a client solutions director and was named vice president of strategic solutions in 2014, and holds the IMA’s CPIM designation. She also carries the credentials of a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional™ from the Loyalty Academy.
